**Review from October 23, 2022:** This has been the worst KFC I've encountered for over a decade. Every time I try to give them another chance, I'm disappointed. The prices are outrageous, they often run out of food—especially chicken—and the staff is consistently rude. The drive-thru always seems to take precedence over walk-in customers. I think I'll avoid this place for another year and make the longer drive to Exeter instead. It's a shame they are just half a mile away, because if they weren't so incompetent, they could easily earn $100 a week from me.
I will absolutely never go here again. Last time I tried was years ago, so I was hoping there was improvement. This time I placed a mobile order. I can accept having to wait if food is made fresh. But it didn't taste that fresh. I also didn't receive an order of 12 nuggets that I had ordered, as well as the 2 orders of fries. Lobby locked up, so that meant I had to go back through the drive through. On top of all that, the chicken bowls were missing the corn that is supposed to be there, and I didn't discover that until I got home. Seriously, do not waste your time. I wouldn't go there again even if it was free.
