I hadn't... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. The food was not good at all, the atmosphere felt quite unsettling, and the staff were not friendly. I hadn't visited a KFC in about 15 years, and after this visit, I won't be going back. Save your money and consider going to Taco Bell instead; KFC is overpriced for the quality of food they serve. 5/20/22

Every time I try to give them another chance, I'm disappointed. The prices are outrageous, they often run out of food—especially chicken—and the staff is consistently rude. The drive-thru always seems to take precedence over walk-in customers. I think I'll avoid this place for another year and make the longer drive to Exeter instead. It's a shame they are just half a mile away, because if they weren't so incompetent, they could easily earn $100 a week from me.

I can accept h... read more I will absolutely never go here again. Last time I tried was years ago, so I was hoping there was improvement. This time I placed a mobile order. I can accept having to wait if food is made fresh. But it didn't taste that fresh. I also didn't receive an order of 12 nuggets that I had ordered, as well as the 2 orders of fries. Lobby locked up, so that meant I had to go back through the drive through. On top of all that, the chicken bowls were missing the corn that is supposed to be there, and I didn't discover that until I got home. Seriously, do not waste your time. I wouldn't go there again even if it was free.
