I grew up in the 90s when Dunkin' had a reputation for serving poor-quality coffee, primarily attracting local police officers. Your workers shouldn?t be giving customers attitudes because THEY made the wrong thing. Especially on a mobile order. All you have to do is READ. I?m never on Penn St so rarely come to this location. I?ll continue to avoid it.
I visited this store this morning with my sister and ordered two pecan iced coffees. We tasted the coffee and it taste bitter and stale. I originally live in NY and I purchase coffee daily and I never had a coffee that taste this ???? bad. Pleaserefrigerate the creamer.
