I visited this restaurant to satisfy a craving, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my feelings. Almost everything was out of stock—no rice, hardly any meat or toppings, and they didn’t have napkins or plastic utensils available. The dining area was dirty, with none of the tables cleaned off. Additionally, the staff were rude and made my burrito sloppily; it ended up cold and soggy, as if they didn't care. I think I'll be sticking with Chipotle on 5th Street from now on. Service: Takeout.

Ordered in app. Food was ready 30 minutes late from time promised. No chips available. Employee said I'd have to request refund online. This chipotle is awful. It’s dirty, the portions are small, and something is always broken or out of stock. Also, the staff is frequently rude. To make matters worse, the line is usually 10-15 minutes or even worse during peak hours. This is the worst chipotle location I have personally been too. Avoid it all costs.
