I started planning my event in November 2021 for October 2022, wanting to ensure everything would run smoothly with both the venue and the 12 bridesmaids I was coordinating with. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but smooth after dealing with about five different managers. I had selected my menu not once, not twice, but three times! While I understand that menus can change due to seasons or demand, that wasn’t the reason for these changes. The first two times my choices were misplaced, and the final time I was informed of changes at 1:15 pm on the day of the event, which started at 3:30 pm! The cook told me some of my selections were no longer available and that I had to choose alternatives. Why wasn’t this communicated earlier, especially since I had finalized details just two weeks prior? To make matters worse, the chef ignored the clearly noted nut allergy and included nuts on the cheeseboard. Additionally, I was told the Squawk Café would close to the public at 1 pm to prepare for the event, but guests were still being admitted when I arrived shortly after 1 pm with my car full of decorations. Apparently, this wasn’t communicated to the management team working that morning. Another important request, to have my cousin included in the party—a request I made at the very first meeting and several times after—was also overlooked. I was repeatedly assured it would be fine, but my cousin had no idea the event was happening until I arrived looking for him. There are more issues I could mention, but I’ll leave it at that. Special thanks to our servers, Bailey and Amber, who were the bright spots in an otherwise frustrating experience.

Our server was very friendly, though a bit more attentiveness with refilling our drinks during the meal would have been appreciated—that was the only downside. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We decided to order a pizza last minute, and I even got to watch it being prepared. Pete was incredibly welcoming, patiently answering all my questions and later checking in at our table to ensure everything was perfect. It certainly was. While a bit on the expensive side, the quality of the food and the ambiance make it well worth it.

My son ordered the... read more We enjoyed breakfast at the café attached to B2 Bistro, and it was far from ordinary. Their skillets stood out with unique and rich flavors. My son ordered the coffee caramel pancakes and loved every bite. I can’t recall the exact name, but the mocha Aztec Latte was particularly enjoyable, with a perfect touch of chili adding a subtle kick. The menu provides a truly refreshing and innovative twist on traditional breakfast dishes.

Both the food and service are excellent, and their specialty cocktails are impressive as well. While the prices aren't quite at the fine dining level, they are a bit higher than nearby eateries, but it's definitely worth it! Adjacent to the bar/restaurant, there's a delightful little café that offers creative espresso drinks, fresh juices, smoothies, and café fare. Overall, this spot is absolutely worth a visit!

We chose to sit o... read more My first visit to B2 Bistro was fantastic, and our server, Andrew, made it even better. He was incredibly attentive and took great care of us. We chose to sit outside, and he thoughtfully provided us with an umbrella to help keep us cool. He definitely deserves a promotion! Thanks, Andrew; you're the best!
