I realize I start... read more I have never been so disappointed and frustrated with a management team ever! My event/ party I began planning November 2021 for October 2022. I realize I started this process early but I wanted to be sure that everything was smooth sailing with both thevenue and the 12 bridesmaids I had to work with. My experience was the complete opposite of smooth after working with about 5different managers. I had picked my food prior to the event not once not two times but three times! I understand menus change atrestaurants due to sessions, how things are selling, and other factors, but these were not the reasons I had to re-pick them.Reasons for the first two times is because my choices were ?miss placed?, the last time was the day of my event at 1:15 when myevent started at 3:30! The cook shared with me that some of my choices made were no longer options and I had to pick differentitems! Why did it take until the day of for this to be communicated to me when I was in two weeks prior finalizing things! Thechef also ignored the note that was clearly stated on the food paper about a nut allergy and proceeded to put nuts on the cheeseboard. Also Along with the food I was also informed that the squawk cafe would be closed to the public at 1pm. Meaning theywould stop taking people, in order for things to be set up for event. That also did not happen they were still taking guest whenI arrived a little after one with my car filled with decorations. Apparently that was also not communicated to the managementthat was on that morning. Another thing that was not communicated throughout the management team was the request of my cousin tobe on my party. I had requested this the very first meeting, and many meetings after. I was told absolutely not a problem atall. Obviously it was a problem because he didn?t have a clue my party was that day until I arrived asking for him. Our server was super nice (only wish she would have been a little more attentive as we could have used additional beverages before the meal was over ? that was really the only drawback). Food was great and nicelypresented. We order a pizza as an afterthought and I went over to watch it being made. Pete was super friendly and put up withall my questions and then came out to the table to make sure everything was okay. It was more than okay. It is a little pricey,but the food and atmosphere are great.

The food was just mediocre and arrived at a lukewarm temperature. I ordered my eggs cooked over medium, but they came out less than over easy. We waited for nearly 30 minutes before a server finally approached our table to take our order, and for a side of toast, we received just one slice. There are other diners, with half the charm of this old building, that offer much more satisfying meals for your money. I would suggest choosing one of those instead and saving your cash. Perhaps they might perform better at lunch or dinner, but after such a poor breakfast experience, I’m unlikely to give them another chance.

My son tried the coffee car... read more We dined at the cafe connected to B2 Bistro. The breakfasts are anything but ordinary. Their skillets are both unique and flavorful. My son tried the coffee caramel pancakes and absolutely loved them. I may not get the name right, but the mocha Aztec Latte was especially delightful with just the right hint of chili for a little kick. The menu truly offers a refreshing take on breakfast options.

Both the food and service are excellent, and their specialty cocktails... read more B2 Bistro is a charming establishment nestled in a quirky old-industrial themed setting. Both the food and service are excellent, and their specialty cocktails are impressive as well. While the prices aren't quite at the fine dining level, they are a bit higher than nearby eateries, but it's definitely worth it! Adjacent to the bar/restaurant, there's a delightful little café that offers creative espresso drinks, fresh juices, smoothies, and café fare. Overall, this spot is absolutely worth a visit!
