Was Jojo Dee at Wingstop a mag?
I started a new job this month, so I have been ordering out more than I should. It seems like everytime I go, I get helped by Ardell and DeAria. They are so friendly. My orders have been flawless. Their customer service is on point. It is very appreciated. View all feedback.

Around 5/6 pm .. I called ahead because I like my wings extra extra well done. The cashier seem like she didn?t know what she was doing . She was on her phone. My wings wasn?t hot lemon it was just lemon pepper I was told I was waiting on fries when Iwent to pick up but my fries wasn?t fresh hot so I?m confused on what I was waiting on. The SODA MACHINE was BROKEN. So there was no drinks. The employees seemed extremely frustrated with everything. I didn't think to check my food before I left. Was missing my veggies and my Wings were RAW.
Terrible service. 11//21 I ordered food. Got home it was the wrong food. Called back the same day they put me on hold. Then hung up.Called again no one answered it kept ringing called back a hour later same thing. Spoke to Kevin on 11/22 he told me he can?tissue me a refund cause he wasn?t the manager on duty on 11/21 I said why not since he is a manager. He told me no I have towait a week in half for the other manager to get back. I told him I didn?t get a receipt because the young man was havingtrouble issuing me one it was jamming apparently. I told him I remember the time purchasing it and I have the card. And bankstatement. I then asked for the district manger contact information. He told me he couldn?t give it to me I asked why. He saidcause I am not a employee. I need a refund. I didn?t get my food I got someone else?s. I shouldn?t have to wait a week in halffor a refund to be issued.
