My husband waited awhile for our meal today. For the about $30, he bygone 8 pieces of dried up chicken mostly legs, a bunch of cold biscuits and an order of lukewarm fries. This is shameful. Never again!
Chicken sandwich was horrible.. incredibly stale and tasted god awful. It was definitely sitting forever in/under the warmer. No fries or sides on the bag. Lady who was taking my order was rushing and seriously rude. It took an extra 3 minutes to figure out what my brother (who is mentally handicapped) wanted to eat.. and man she seemed annoyed like no other. Gave service a 2star because the guy at the window was cool.
Why not just shut it down? Food poisoning is serious business. I had terrible stomach pains that were unbearable. Until you can find a team that truly cares about the quality of the food, you should really stop serving it. Plus, having a sign that says you don't offer refunds is just absurd. Save your time and choose somewhere else to eat—go for food that you can actually enjoy without ending up sick afterwards.
