I ordered the Papa Minsky's pizza, but all I could taste was the overwhelming saltiness. The atmosphere was also underwhelming; I found it a bit dreary and outdated. However, the service was commendable. Although there was only one server on duty, she did a great job—she was friendly and attentive.

If you want to attract more patrons, especially with Johnny's just opening in Raymore, you need to hire more punctual and enthusiastic people. I had intended to spend $100 that night but ended up leaving after just one drink, feeling disappointed. It’s crucial to make some quick changes, or you risk going out of business.

However, I find it frustrating when there's a sign on the door stating t... read more I love Minsky's and usually enjoy this location without any problems regarding service. However, I find it frustrating when there's a sign on the door stating that large parties need a reservation, yet they do not accept reservations on Friday and Saturday nights. Our group of 10 to 13 typically arrives by 5:30 and gets seated without any issues. Last night, though, we arrived to find the restaurant only about 25% full, yet we were told that the manager wouldn't seat us because they were short-staffed. It’s disheartening. It seems if the manager continues to turn away well-tipping large parties, the staffing issues won't be resolved anytime soon.

I guess The breadsticks weren't really cooked that much and kind of doughy. The burger wasn't to the satisfaction of the other people in my party. pizza I ordered was good. The service was awesome though. Just off a bit that night.
