They took our money and messed up the order when we asked for it to be fixed they yelled at us and said we put it in wrong, I show them the app that show exactly how it was supposed to be like I ordered and they continued calling us names screaming at us saying that somehow it was different on there end so they can’t do anything. They told us to leave with out giving us any food (took the messed up food) nor a refund so I’ve basically been robbed and starved now after working all day. After getting our food,... read more I went thru the drive thru with my family. The service was great, the worker was friendly, patient and efficient when taking our order. After getting our food, I pulled to the side to distribute and realized we were missing several items, a Frosty, some nuggets and all of the sauces we needed. this surprised me since the staff member taking our order was so efficient. My daughters went inside to get our missing items. We then drove off. My daughter proceeded to eat her baconator fries. She got my attention and showed me that she had found a sticker in her food as she was about to take another bite. It was not small either. It was a large foreign object that she almost bit into with her fries. How disturbing! Finding something like this in your food is one of the worst things that can happen when a person is buying fast food. I feel that, overall this store needs to have someone come in and teach them how to run the business properly, from making sure stuff doesn't fall into the food, to making sure they are getting orders correct and giving people what they paid for so they don't have to come back inside for it. Again finding a non food item in your food is one of the worst things that can happen at a restauran! In conclusion, they did a terrible job and need some serious food handling assistance. I told... read more Ordered on the app, go to the drive thru. Was not greeted at all, just yelled at that they are out of chicken nuggets, medium fry containers and frostys. I told her that I ordered on the app. She said Ill need to cancel if I had any of those items. I said well I ordered a biggie bag, could I get the rest of the food and just not get the nuggets? No. Youll need to cancel on the app. I asked if they could cancel on their end. No. Service: Takeaway Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
