After going through the dri... read more When this hardees first opened it was great... now I get insulted and laughed at for waiting for my food. AN HOUR WAIT WITH NO FOOD. After going through the drive thru and waiting (with no response) I pulled up to the window. This was 5 min. I go to thewindow (hoping to get ahold of someone) but the employees RAN away. I had wanted to use a mobile rewards coupon but theunknowlegeable, pungent, lazy woman refused me service. However, the manager came over and took my order... she said to pullup so she can make everything fresh. I didn 't know that fresh took an hour. I could have made my own burger faster and withless sass than wasting my time on their business. If you are still reading this review... save your money and go somewhereelse.

We waited 15 minutes for our food, and they messed up a simple plain cheeseburger. The place wasn’t busy at all; we were the only customers. The staff seemed miserable and clearly didn’t care.

I enjoy Hardee's, but unfortunately, they were out of several soda flavors during my visit. Additionally, my Western Bacon burger was missing the onion rings and had ketchup instead of barbecue sauce. However, the fries were hot and fresh, as if they had just come out of the fryer, which was a nice touch. Overall, it wasn't terrible (I survived, after all), but it wasn't great either, even by drive-thru fast food standards.

Additionally, they served me a burger loaded with mayo when I specifically requested none. This was my first and last experience at Hardee's.
