Terrible experience. We waited 15 minutes for our food, and they messed up a simple plain cheeseburger. The place wasn’t busy at all; we were the only customers. The staff seemed miserable and clearly didn’t care.
It's a Hardee's. I enjoy Hardee's, but unfortunately, they were out of several soda flavors during my visit. Additionally, my Western Bacon burger was missing the onion rings and had ketchup instead of barbecue sauce. However, the fries were hot and fresh, as if they had just come out of the fryer, which was a nice touch. Overall, it wasn't terrible (I survived, after all), but it wasn't great either, even by drive-thru fast food standards.
