I'm regular, I usually go once a week. eating and beer is always good and good value. service is always exceptional and the quiz on Thursday is always fun. pub is a beautiful place to be warm, picturesque, clean and friendly. when I read a few other reviews, I admit that I had 1 or 2 overcooked beef burgers in past, but lately they were all on the square. recommend the Korean bbq hühnerburger!

This place is lovely! Food quality, atmosphere and service was all superb today. Tristan was really polite and helpful. His level of customer service was spot on!

We were a very large group and the team handled us perfectly! Table service was constant. The food all came out together which was amazing considering the numbers, all correct and piping hot. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our wedding celebrations! Thank you so much

We had a table for 10, 9 adults, 1 child and this included a gluten free adult also! Absolutely outstanding service, friendly, courteous, prompt, efficient! Our server was Tristan and we are now officially in his fan club! What a great ambassador for your pub! What a lovely man with a superb attitude to client customer care, accommodating and just fab! Staff Ambience Hospitality Cleanliness Drinks Food Starters Desserts Mains Eaten here a few times from main menu and always been excellent. Sadly, very disappointed with my Sunday lunch, won't make that mistake again, as I adore this place. Cold, charred, oily vegetables, lukewarm gravy and a tasteless side. Yes, I ate it, as family meals out are a rarity and certainly not a time for making a scene, but did I enjoy it, no. Will certainly return, but simply avoid the Sunday roast menu.
