Burgerfuel Kapiti Coast - Raumati Beach

If my son had his way, he would eat here every week.  Great choice, fabulous quality and the staff are really good.  I love the low carbonator option of lettuce instead of bun and the hamburgini is great.  Aioli to die for!  If I were a millionaire I would eat out here a lot.

Cool restaurant. Was disappointed that the Hornet was gone. But the sandwich was great. Things were a little slow that night.

Aaaand they’re back!!! Some new staff has made all the difference. We used to be Friday regulars but after a run of disappointing experiences, we took a break. Tonight though, we gave it another go and were rewarded with a great experience! Perfect burgers and actual service! Well done guys, thank you!

I visited tonight and didn’t realise there was an event which was happening out front so it was buzzing with lots of people. I ordered online but I made a muck up twice on my order. The service I received was exceptional I am not sure it it was the owner or store manager but whoever they were they were awesome. Walking the floor and keeping things moving being above expectation with being attentive to all customers, making sure everyone had a good experience. It is the best customer service I have received anywhere in a very long time. He not only checked in on my order but got it sorted so fast even though it wasn’t delayed at all. I also ordered extra fries by accident and he insisted on refunding me so even though I hadn’t requested it as it was totally my error! Was super impressed especially given how busy it was. Well done Burgerfuel KĀPITI!

Love going to burger fuel on my lunch breaks from work, the burgers and thickshakes are just so **** good.<br/ <br/ Customer service is 10/10, super friendly staff. Special shout out to Ken and Kayla for the awesome customer service, would give all the staff a shout out but i don't know all their names
