Do you love pulling hair out of your food? Well zips would be the place for you! Overpriced, and dry, this place will make you say “damn, how has my life come to this” as you ask for a new burger for one to come out only 30 seconds after the cashier takes the burger back. I arrived quite late and noticed that my order was missing fries at the drive-thru. However, they made it right by providing me with a generous bucket of fresh fries along with some free cone coupons. I really appreciated their effort! Dietary restrictions: They offered a lettuce wrap as a gluten-free option. Service: Takeout. Meal type: Dinner.
I was in a hurry and inquired if there was any food available for takeout without a wait. I was informed that everything is made fresh, but the person taking my order kindly asked the kitchen to prioritize my order. I forgot to express my gratitude at the time, so I’m leaving this review instead. As someone who dines out frequently, I believe I can recognize great service when I encounter it, and this employee was exceptional! Thank you for helping me get out the door quickly. The drive-thru was fairly quick. The food was excellent with generous portions. For my takeout dinner, the price per person was between $1 and $10. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3. I recommend trying the burger and fries!
The two young men working right now, were extremely patient while my kids took their time figuring out what they wanted and their service was definitely top notch. Great to see awesome work is alive in our younger generation! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
