I've never been disappointed with a panera. Today we arrived shortly after the restaurant serving breakfast, but the staff was friendly and allowed us to still order the breakfast sandwiches. I have the protein avocado spinach and my husband got the egg and sausage - we both enjoyed our meal. Thanks to the crew in Panera forever ingenious and friendly! View all feedback.

i love panera. i especially love their ceaser salad, but every time i get it, a lot of the lettuce is blackened or wilted, and i end up having to pick out a lot of leaves. bummer when you pay for a salad and you can’t eat part of it because it looks old or rotten : View all feedback.
We have normally had good experiences at this Panera Bread, but the last two times our food was missing key ingredients. For breakfast in the drive thru a week or so ago, my husband ordered a bacon, scrambled egg, cheese on ciabatta sandwich... and the sandwich didn't have bacon on it. This evening, I had a green goddess Cobb salad with chicken delivered (among other things)... and it had no chicken. The food was still good, but we were definitely bummed with both experiences.

7$ salad was so sad!! With a big piece of in edible lettuce core see pic. Didn't honor their little card. Flat bread was good.
The chicken bowl I ordered was very skimpy on the chicken. Definitely not worth the money. store in Southgate Michigan was much better. Love the food as its much healthier.
Disappointed pregnant lady. Thanks for ruining my craving with this sad cinnamon crunch bagel
