Black Hills Bagels - Rapid City

The service was extremely slow and the price for a bagel sandwich is high. we waited for some time and one of our commands was wrong. I will say the staff was friendly and tables were clean.

They advertise curb side pick up. On the building they have several signs stating to call for curb side pickup. I ordered online, and when I arrived called for curbside pickup. I was asked to come inside to get my order. If you aren’t going to do curbside, don’t advertise it. If you don’t offer curbside that’s totally fine, but I’d rather go across the street and use the drive through than drag my three children out of the car to pick up food.

Great food and coffee. It is an awesome local business but the reason I didn't give a 5 is the fact that it took 45 minutes to get just 3 toasted bagels with cream cheese. Hopefully the staffing shortage is temporary!

Loved the local coffee shop vibe and make your own bagel sandwich options. Would give 5 stars, but their cranberry bagel is really not good and tastes almost like it was mixed with perfume.

I had the egg ham sandwich on a cheddar bagel nice soft bagel with great homemade spread.A little pricey, but it’s not a chain store bagel.Great staff very friendly!
