Hardee's - Rapid City

Poorly trained pathetic group. From the grunts- to include mgmt as well. $25 meal was a trainwreck! ALSO order was correct on order board in drive -thru. Only 2 tacos were correctly made. Got home, phoned the place. Phone etiquette was well handled, name given. NEXT DAY!!!!!Return with hopes that this differ crew would have better understanding of my order tickets I had nite B4..grrrFeeling confident I carried my meal out their doors. Head home as B4. Taking meal outta the sak feeling this was jus fine.WELL,, MY MEAL WAS ALL WRONGFULLY DONE!!!! AN AGAIN I CALLED TO SAY this ain 't it fools !Refund is now available an waiting for da angry momz... Has money in hand now,,, Im still wanting the taco bell meal 4 family!!!Now I search for another taco bell stand to serve my family.I 've included in my duties of phone calls . .branch owner- health department as well. Felt if some things aren 't met as in quality, or preparing a meal as read, then behind the service line maybe inspected, training films ⁰provided for crew are of Importance to the publics needs!

They did our oder wrong. My husband asked for onion rings, and I wanted curly fries. We got neither, just reg fries.

They were more than likely short-staffed, just like most others, that's why it took them a while to prepare our food. They got everything right though! Along with the free sauces we received! Thank you!

Only one slice of bread was toasted. N the burger meat was luke warm. Fries were great n staff friendly. Quite expensive for fast food.

Pretty slow by personal. burger was good. chicken pliers were excellent. they didn't put any fries in the bag.
