Guadalajara’s Mexican Restaurants Cantina Of The Black Hills- Rapid City

The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, and from the start, our server—a child in a red shirt with a buzz cut—seemed completely clueless about the menu. He had no idea what a chimichanga was or what it contained. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The sopapillas we ordered were acceptable, but we encountered more issues when we asked for a fork for our dessert and never received it. We ended up sharing my fork and eating with our hands while waiting for him to return—an absurd wait that felt like six hours. The margarita was watered down and lacked sweetness; I ordered a strawberry one, but it wasn't enjoyable at all. I believe this place may be struggling in South Dakota, so I gave it a very generous rating of three out of five.

Guad's is the best place to go. If you are looking for some fine food and amazing food margaritas! Go to your local Guadalajara's Mexican restaurant see yourself.

I can't say enough great things! Food was excellent! Service was great! My new favorite place to eat! What a great experience! Our server took care of us! Friendly and love love the salsa and chips!

I and my family have dimmed in a few times, and every time we were greeted as we sit in, and served immediately! They were very clean and our meals were served hot and they were delicious! the waiting staff was very nice! The only complaint from my hubby is that there is not enough trumpet in the music lol, but we give them 5 stars we always have a good time here and become customers again!

My husband and I were late yesterday. The food was wonderful. Large plate of warm chips and delicious salsa to start. Service was great. I'm not waiting for our food. Anyway, it goes back.
