What Christopher Nader doesn't like about Why Thai:
Could have been good, if there was more than one prawn.... I have never written a bad review before, but the fact that there was only one prawn in the Mee Krob was quite shocking (yes, it's a starter, but this is still not acceptable The menu description specifies prawns', not prawn', and the picture shows at least two! When I complained to the staff, they acknowledged that they do only put one prawn in. Overall, it... View all feedback.
One of many Thai restaurants in Randwick. They have all of the usual options. The service is friendly and they do large portions. The food is tasty and fresh. On this occasion we ordered the papaya salad; one of my Thai favourites. It was a large serving, with nice flavour and well presented with a couple of grilled prawns on top. We also went with the cashew chicken stir fry which had nice flavour. A decent option if you are in the mood for Thai. aroundtheclockfoodie.com
I visited this place at least once a week - easily one of the best Thai places in Sydney !!! The customer service is also great here. I really recommend this place!
Was a regular to this place when I used to live in Randwick. I must say, their padthai is yummy! I always ordered tom yum noodle of the gravy crispy noodle. Absolute chMpion. It can be pretty exxy during dinner, so better go for their lunch specials :) thehungryfoodtech.blogspot.com

I only had their lunch specials ranging from 8.90 to 10.90 US dollars (seafood). Good range, well cooked, well seasoned. The service is good and the price is right. Winner!!@
