Mand's - Randwick

I've been coming here for 15 years, but for some reason never reviewed. Food and service is the best. Highly recommend.

Our recent dinner visit was a real mixed bag. The breads, rice and the two vegetable dishes were good. However, the meat curries were bland and it was difficult to distinguish which was which.

We ate dinner last night at Mand's for the first time, ordering the butter chicken, chicken tikka, and some naan breads. The food all tasted really good, and i thoroughly enjoyed it till the last bite. Would definitely recommend this to anyone !! Service was good too

Butter chicken was tasteless.... I have had better from jars brought in coles.they also chopped my naan bread into strips so couldn't be used as a wrap which annoyed me.Having spent excessive amounts of time in India and the rest of Asia I like authentic food. I guarantee you would not find an Indian eating food at this place!!

No fresh herbs or spices were harmed in the making of this meal. I enjoy spicy food, but only when the spice is accompanied by other great flavours. In this case they used the spice to disguise the taste of the low quality ingredients used to make my Butter Chicken and Beef Vindaloo. The nan bread tasted like it was made first thing in the morning only to be served to me 6 hours later. There is nothing good to say about any of my experience.
