Adrift in Randwick and thirsting for a coffee at the uncool hour of 4pm, 18 gram espresso came to our rescue after everyone else had closed. Good coffee, friendly staff and a fun vibe saw this little cafe ticking all the right boxes. View all feedback.
What Payton Ondricka doesn't like about 18 Gram Espresso:
This is 1 of 2 places where the coffee is half-decent in Randwick. They kind of have the monopoly which might explain the rather bland service. Quaint little cafe though with nice wood theme. View all feedback.
Located on the Randwick shopping strip, 18 Gram Espresso is a grungy little cafe decked out with hessian sacks, graffitied walls and crates and little wooden tables. They offer Ona coffee which I didn't particularly enjoy, as I found it quite bitter. Served with a complimentary cookie which is a nice touch.
Popped in here for the morning coffee - got a cappuccino and an english breakfast tea. Both were good and they gave us little cookies to go with it. They serve food like eggs and also protein balls, croissants, muffins etc. Staff were nice and service was fast. aroundtheclockfoodie.com

Definitely one of the better coffees in Randwick is found here. The berry and white chocolate muffin is amazing! I've only ever ordered takeaway (worth a note: you receive a yummy little biscuit on top!) since the cafe itself is pretty hot and cramped.
