Innominate Coffeehouse Bakery

Wow! This place is amazing! The hand pie was fantastic. It truly feels like a community gathering spot. The owners are so lovely. Definitely worth the detour from the interstate!

This is a charming coffeehouse with delicious food. However, they really need to improve their timing; it was quite slow! We ended up waiting 15 minutes for a cinnamon roll to go, and they wouldn’t prepare orders out of sequence.

This bakery is absolutely amazing! We tried the chocolate croissant, cinnamon roll, and green chili and bacon quiche—each one was divine. We also really enjoyed the coffee, and as coffee enthusiasts, that's a huge compliment. If I weren't just passing through, I would visit this bakery and coffee shop as often as possible!

The prices are reasonable, the kitchen is spotless, and the owner appears to treat their employees kindly. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the coffee beans, but that's really just a minor detail. Overall, it's a fantastic place!

I absolutely love this bakery and coffee shop. It's clear from the crowds that every time I visit that the local community and visitors share my enthusiasm for this hidden gem. I highly recommend trying any of the quiches, the cinnamon roll, or any of the croissants. The art collection is delightful, along with the other quirky items available for purchase. The only thing I would suggest for Innominate is to offer some cribbage boards. There’s something truly special about a rainy morning spent enjoying delicious food, great coffee, wonderful company, and a fun game of cribbage.
