Saw some beautiful country, met some great people and found some places we need to come back and spend more time at. The Mint Bar is at the top of that list. The bartender was the greatest storyteller and if only those walls could talk. I wish we had more time. I know we'll be back.

And, it is Frid... read more I walked in......it is wall to wall people....and I walked out. It is a bustling establishment. Probably more so because of the rodeo this week. And, it is Friday. Eventhough I didn't get to order anything, the decor, what I saw of it, was interesting. Imight try to revisit before leaving town. I did return at noon on July 16th. So glad I did. The brands on the wall are superfascinating. Don't forget to look up. They are also on the ceiling. All the old rodeo pictures are great. Had the Cold Smoke ontap. Delicious. I normally don't drink beer in the US; reserving the pleasure only for when I travel in Asia and Latin Americacountries. Just me thing. Maybe I should extend the delight to my US cross-crountry travels. ???????? They are still a 5 starestablishment! I will return if I'm ever in the area again.
