Completely unengaged staff that thought all three incorrectly delivered dishes were acceptable being served cold, not fully cooked, and ?unheated.? Also, as I understand it is outside,there were various cockroaches surrounding us making it completely unpleasant to eat and enjoy our time ? with one being on ourtable with food.

Personal grudges don?t have any place in business, especially when it isn?t YOUR business, doubly so when it sends revenue walking out thedoor. On top of that, going behind your MODs back to complain to the GM is never a good choice. I?m sure karma will reward herfor being such a team player. Her behavior reflects quite poorly on both the bar and the hotel. I wouldn?t go there if I wereyou, but if you do, absolutely don?t get your drinks from her.

This used to be one o... read more I used to be one of the most loyal and favorite customers. The behavior tonight from the bartender was truly atrocious and unprofessional. This used to be one of the best bars in Raleigh but has sucomb to woke culture. In addition they employbartenders who believe they are above everyone else and aloud to treat their customers like ATMs and not like people. This barhas gone downhill greatly and I would strongly suggest saving your money for a better experience and better drinks. Overpriced,overrated and you're very much undervalued.

The staff was unresponsive and insisted that the three dishes we received were just cold, not undercooked, and served at the right temperature, which was clearly not the case. To make matters worse, there were several cockroaches nearby, making for a very unpleasant dining experience—especially when one ended up on our table with our food.

Her behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful, creating a negative atmosphere. Personal grudges have no place in a professional environment, especially when it can impact the business's success. It's also concerning to see her complain to the general manager behind the back of her managers on duty. I'm certain that her lack of teamwork won't go unnoticed in the long run. This kind of attitude reflects poorly not only at the bar but also throughout the hotel. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place, and if you do, steer clear of getting your drinks from Jessica.

The drinks prices are not too bad but this place is usually packed at the bar area. So it may take a minute to be able to order your drinks. All food order are brought directly to your table.
