Loved it, food was delicious the sword fish in particular was beautifully done, very tender. Lovely staff and owner Victoria. We were there because big fans of Inspector Montalbano (restaurant was a location) so had his own screen favourites. Fan or not this restaurant should be on list if in Ragusa. Approx £80 incl wine.

Such a nice restaurant in an otherwise very touristic city! We ate traditional Sicilian food and the antipasti dish was wonderful local vegetables such as artichoke, kourgette, mushrooms and onions well cooked. We were all vegetarian and the kitchen was kind for us without foot. Worth a meal and a visit. As Inspector Montalbano Fan, this restaurant was particularly delightful!

It 's a tourist trap. Do not fall for it. The location is lovely, but the food is terrible and overpriced. I 'm from there so I know what I 'm talking about. The appetizer portions were homeopathic and sad. The grilled local cheese was insulting, totally tasteless. The bottarga pasta tasted like lemon, and nothing else: that 's incredible as bottarga is like one of the most tasty food on earth. The grilled meat was so thin, dry and chewy it was like eating a bike tire (same taste too). The sausage was so salty we had to leave it. We had a look at the wine selection and I was shocked as they serve common, cheap local wine I normally buy for €3 liter up to € 35 liter!! So we ordered a quarter of their house wine... and it was awful, tasted like cheap vinegar. The bill was crazy high for the given quality AND quantity. We ran away leaving the meat almost untouched. Two stars for the cute location only.

Breezed in on Monday evening and found most tables reserved. Lovely staff offered indoor table which we were very happy with. Amazing starters of grilled vegetables, which were the best of many we'd had on this trip, and a seafood salad with beautifully tender octopus, calamari etc. Followed by very good, if unspectacular grilled swordfish and veal steak. Only downer a very poor cassata. But overall a good meal which, with water, a litre of house wine and coffee, came to just 64 euros.
