I called to place an order for something that wasn't listed on the Just Eat menu. A very friendly and polite woman answered the phone and assured me that my order could be accommodated. She said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted by another friendly and polite woman who confirmed my order to make sure it was correct.
