Quorn Cafe

The food is amazing. We had a Quandog and foccacia. Iced chocolate was real chocolate and the chia latte was awesome Can't beat service with a smile and so friendly.

Stopped in here for some home made goodies to eat. Delicious cheese and Vegemite scrolls. A very tempting array of fresh food on display. The cafe looks like it's set in a time capsule. I loved the old fashioned look of the place. Friendly efficient service.

My family booked us in for lunch at the Quorn Cafe for my birthday while in transit to the Flinders. Wow, I loved it. The decor, the service, the food and drinks fabulous. A modern menu catering for everyone's needs. The cheese toasty by social request was a hit for a fussy eater. Love the paper bag menu with all local seasonal produce. Well done team.

Coffee was average at best and although my quorn pie was delicious the Lemon Meringue Pie had a tough skin on it and the meringue was chewy. Service was surprisngly quick.

Over the past few years, when we have been driving through Quorn, we have stopped here. This week we had a breakfast. As always, the food is interesting, fresh, tasty and well presented. Top notch! Well worth stopping for. He had a breakfast meal which included eggs, wonderful country bacon, and potato cakes, while I enjoyed poached eggs with a very tasty smoked salmon. The pot of tea was generous and made from rainwater, a welcome change from dreary teabags. Not only is the food worth the stop, but this cafe has charm and personality, reflecting its owner.Highly recommended - a hidden jewel.
