The sushi was a long time saved and besides, the tempura rolls were badly fried... very bad taste of food, not at all recommended
I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to go to the Zao any day that they have a promotion because they just can't handle it. In my case I went on Friday 27th of January at 8pm, with all my family (6 people), we asked for a all you can eat for everyone and what I got were 3 tables that did not meet all the rolls mentioned in the letter of the all you can eat ; a time of delivery of 1h between table and table; they put the 3h that I was there the same pop trilled playlist with such a volume, that people were shouting as When asking for reason of what was going on, the waitress only knew how to inform us that she already put the order in and hopefully they will answer us quickly, they also told us that the chef was stuck with the orders. We saw 2 tables leaving and we should honestly do the same. Already at the time of leaving, another eternity for us to generate the bill and above they had no change... it was $2 for those who had us waiting so long. In fact, the experience was the worst and it was worth spending something like that because they have a good place, with a good gastronomic proposal but with a terrible service.
The attention left much to be desired, it took 50 minutes to pass the first dish or food table. We asked for something else and took a long time to return to service, at the time of billing 20 minutes were delayed.
Personalized attention, Miss Mesera is very cordial. Grill oysters are very exquisite. Ideal to get out of the routine with your girlfriend or little girl. :
