I used to love the Subway in Quitman for the past 2 years, but recently I have been disappointed. I tried to get a sandwich at 8:30 a.m. on a Friday night (when the closing time was listed at 10 a.m.) and was told they couldn't make one because "they were working on changing things." We went in at 9:30 pm tonight the blonde lady.. Cloee i think that her name!! She's awesome did a great job making our sandwiches and was fast and friendly! Great experience tonight we come at least 3 times a month and she has gave us the best service since we been there!!
The sauces/dressings were to be on side, so there was no reading of Special Instructions' on the order placed through Subway app. A couple of vegetables that should not have been on the sandwiches were on them.

I love sub-sandwiches, and if you want something that's fast and good, that's your place. I often picked up lunch or dinner at this place and I was never disappointed. The food is good, and there is a wide selection of Deli dishes or vegetables choices to combine with the sandwich. The restaurant also offers soups and salads if sandwiches are not what you are looking for. Customer service and price is very good.
