Untrained staff, food may have been good quality but was cold or luke warm at best when we finally got it. This was to be a great evening with friends and after a long drive everyone was excited and eager to expierence the advertised Curly T promise! How very disappointed everyone was !

We really enjoyed our dinner at Curly T's and plan to go again. The servers and Doc were very friendly and it had a very welcoming and homey atmosphere. The food was very good and we saw other menu items we want to try so we will go back. Can't believe we had not heard of the restaurant before now.

The sides were not hot and the overshadowing flavor was cayenne pepper.....and I was SO looking forward to the vanilla sweet potatoes! The brisket was VERY smoky and fatty.

Curly T’s offers an exceptional dining experience. The salad was a standout, featuring over 12 unique ingredients, including some we had never tried before, such as baby lotus root, aloe vera, palm seeds, and jackfruit. The entrees, including Prime Rib, Brisket, and Ribs, were nothing short of outstanding. Owner and chef Sam was incredibly gracious and engaged with us, happily answering all our questions. This restaurant is a true foodie haven, set on a charming Texas ranch in a remote location, and we felt lucky to have the opportunity to visit. So much so that the following week, we ordered a selection of their charcuterie online. Our favorites so far are the Chorizo Palacios and the Texas Prosciutto. Huge thanks to Sam; we highly recommend his restaurant to everyone!
