You buy from them and just go seat in the main square, sometimes they did not give you a plate or dishes, buy by the weight and go seat in the back. The service is great and the food is delicious, and the only reason I don't have an excellent one is because the restaurant is a little unpleasant. Even if you go on a Sunday, you will find that it is quite crowded and perhaps the Carnitas will not be so good when you arrive late. Still can't live without them. I really recommend that.
