The disorganized and lengthy queue sur... read more At Jaime's, arguably one of the most renowned Carnitas stalls in Quiroga, my experience didn't quite live up to its fame. The disorganized and lengthy queue surrounding the stall made ordering quite a challenge, primarily due to the crowd focused on purchasing meat by the kilo. Unfortunately, Jaime himself didn't radiate the same vibrant and friendly demeanor as some of the other vendors. While I opted for the maciza cut, which did taste quite good, I believe that the overall experience goes beyond just the flavors. The ambiance and service play a significant role in creating a memorable street food encounter. Personally, I found a more enjoyable experience elsewhere, notably at Carmelo's stall.
