Went there to the drive-through , Ordered Pretzel Baconator . after we got home they were just regular Baconator. I know I specifically ordered the Pretzel... Burgers and bacon were overcooked .. I usually love Wendy's but this wasn't a good experience ?
The receipts are often illegible, which renders them useless to me for reimbursement.
They have consistently messed up my order every single time I've gone here. To the point that I'm just decided to completely give up on this particular wendys. I've lost too much money on ordering one of their premium combos to get home and realize I've been given something off their 2$ menu.
The prices here are higher than at other Wendy's locations, and we received several missing items from our order. Additionally, we had to wait to request ketchup, as they keep it behind the counter. The drink machine was also lacking many options and needed to be replenished.
Haven't been to a wendy's in three years, and should have kept driving this time. Food was expensive, but decent. It was the two young ladies who made this experience so bad. Do they only hire people who hate life? A smile and some decent manners go a long way.
