It's sad to say this because I had a good e... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. It was one of the worst experiences I have had dining out. It's sad to say this because I had a good experience on one other occasion, which is why I decided to come back and show my friend. Today, we ordered clam chowder, two drinks, calamari, and two salads. The calamari and chowder were good, but one of the drinks was undrinkable. After chatting for an hour and a half, we realized our salads never arrived. When we asked the server, they had no idea and we found out that the ticket got lost in the kitchen. The server removed the salads from our bill, even though we never received them. We mentioned our rush to the manager, who said there was nothing he could do except offer us a free round of drinks and an appetizer if we returned. I appreciate the gesture, but after being ignored by the server for the 2.5 hours we were there and not having our water refilled, I am not interested in returning and giving them more money. The calamari we wanted to take home was cleared from the table without asking us.

Both the calamari and the meatball special were only mediocre. I would not choose to return to this restaurant.

The service was outstanding, and our waitress consistently check... read more Siros has rapidly risen to become one of my top five favorite restaurants in Quincy Marina Bay. The service was outstanding, and our waitress consistently checked in on us during our meal. I'm really glad we decided to eat at Siros rather than choosing one of the other nearby options.
