I think this restaurant is a great option for a casual meal. I have tried both their boneless fried chicken and steak tips on different visits and I really liked them.

I've been here since I was a kid. Their prices are very fair, especially considering that they have delicious New England classics. Her seafood is very good, so her chowder is, but her piece resistance is the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Simple and super. The interior is something dated as to go into a diner, but this is not what you are here for. It is the food and quality staff / service. You get the smaller city feel from the staff as they are very friendly and amicable. If you're close, it's for lunch.
