Quattro - Quezon City

This bar looks great from the street. Cozy and inviting. And upon entering you will not be disappointed by the environment. However that's about as good as it gets. We were a large group and what struck us the most was that the beer was warm. By warm I mean not kept in the chiller at all. We did ask the waiter about this and he admitted that this is how it was done at this bar and if we wanted a chilled beer then we would need to pay an extra?  What the .... ! As for the bar food.. very very small portions. All of us agreed that we will be finding another bar for our meets in the future.

Food (Taste) - 3.625 Inihaw na Liempo - 4 Lechon Kawali - 3.5 Crispy Bangus Belly - 3.5 Bibingka - 3.5 Typical foods with their typical tastes. Nothing so special about them. Food (Value for Money) - 3.00 Inihaw na Liempo - 3.5 Lechon Kawali - 3 Crispy Bangus Belly -3.5 Bibingka - 3 Prices of the food did not include rice so we had to add Php30.00 for the plain rice and Php 35.00 for the garlic rice. More or less, a meal will cost you about Php200.00, which made me deduct 0.25 from the actual average rating. Service - 2.5 First of all, the food took a little long to arrive, more than 15 minutes I guess. Second, when the food arrived, it lacked a cup of rice (which is part of the original order), so we asked for it, only to find out upon seeing the bill that they punched 3 cups of plain rice when we only ordered two. I honestly could've given them the extra Php 30.00 but since their employees were insistent that we ordered three and hesitant to change the bill (at first), I had to ***** out, which caused me stress, and which made me decide to never eat here again. Ambience - 2.5 Typical inuman place for middle class citizens. Overall- 2.9 This place could've been easily our go-to low-budget inuman place but since service sucked, I'd rather pay service charge where it is worth.

This is a bar place, so some people smoke and drink etc. but it became too dirty now. It looks like a cheap place now. Before when we stayed here a lot after work, it's a simple neat bar place. Now they have so many insects inside the airconditioned area, too cluttered tables and chairs, too many plastics and tissues on the floor.

For a drinking/hangout place, they have really good bibingka. I am not a fan of bibingka, but every time I and my friend hang out at Quattro, I make sure to order it. Their toilets are well maintained. Their staff are very attentive. They have parking space both in front and at the back of their restaurant. They also have live band from 10pm onwards.

The place was sooo nice, good for relaxation and chillin out with friends... we went here saturday, at around 9pm i think... there was a band performance that day and we did enjoy it a lot... food were also great at very affordable price... i would like to go back here again soon... and the best part were the nice staffs they have... ????
