Viva Mis Empanadas - Queens

I was told that my food would be ready in 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting 25. Then, since I live 6 minutes away, I gave them an extra 30 minutes to prepare two items. When I finally arrived, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. Overall, the service was very disappointing.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The empanadas are truly unique. During my visit, there were some painters around, and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful, making it a lovely place to enjoy lunch. Overall, it’s a great restaurant with fantastic empanadas!

This place is no longer a Mexican restaurant. They've removed all the wonderful Mexican dishes that used to be on the menu. When I asked the new owner why, he responded in a very dismissive manner. I told him he had lost my business, and he just waved his hand and said "okay." I definitely won't be returning.

It seems that this restaurant is under new ownership. While the name on the outside remains the same, the menu has changed and has definitely improved.
