I have visited this restaurant several times to dine in and take out. Let's start with the positive: if you are craving Colombian food and this is the only option available, it will suffice. The food itself is not bad, but the service at the restaurant is lacking. The staff is very slow and inattentive. There have been times when I had a meal without anyone checking on my table. I wanted to go with my kids and everything was great. I don't know what's with all the negative reviews. La paisa, the rock bet was on the point.

The dining experience was fantastic and the portions served were generous.
The service at this restaurant was terrible, even though the place was empty. The waitress who served us rushed us through our meal, even though there was still plenty of time before closing. We left at 7:50, even though they don't close until 8:30. To make matters worse, there was a $40 gratuity added to the bill for our large party, despite the poor service we received.
