Description

Located in Elmhurst, this Subway outlet showcases a perplexing blend of customer experiences. While some patrons appreciate the fresh bread and the variety of options, a significant number express frustration over poor customer service and rude employees. Complaints frequently highlight unprofessional behavior and long wait times in a cramped setting. Despite its strategic location and acceptance of vouchers, this Subway struggles with inconsistent staff conduct, leaving many customers dissatisfied. While a few loyal fans commend specific employees for their kindness, the overarching sentiment remains critical, making it a challenging choice for diners seeking a pleasant meal.

So many of the subway restaurants do not accept the subway vouchers, but this does. even if it's a long walk for me, I'll go on as long as the vouchers continue.

They are very kind I would go there again and there are so many options its good that is my number one go to place when I am hungry and the breads are so fresh and warm I love it and md nur is my favorite he is the most kinda person I have met

This is the worst Subway I have ever visited. The management really needs to step up their game unless they want to go out of business soon. The employees are extremely rude. I will not be returning.

They are lucky this probably the only establishment open this late and near a emergency room. The employees look like they hate working there. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted but it’s still soft. Better off getting something else. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
