The food here is excellent, including the pastries and bread. However, I found the prices to be quite steep. I understand that costs are on the rise for everyone, but the prices here seem particularly high compared to other places. Even the soup, which should be one of the least expensive items, is pricier than expected. It would be great if they could offer specials on certain days. Just a little food for thought. I ordered a Cheese Babka for delivery, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh and moist. It was well-packaged and arrived on time in excellent condition. I will definitely order again!
Located in somewhat hidden part of Glendale, it's well worth the effort to find them. A large selection of freshly made breads, pastries, and hot foods as well as a nice selection of packaged goods to satisfy any taste. Prices are good for the quality you get , breads especially are a bargain. Staff are helpful and friendly and its a good experience all around.
If you didn't know it was here, you'd miss it. This place is a hidden gem though. Some of the past pastries I have ever sampled along with lots of imported polish products. Worth a visit!
Worst service! Staff ignores you at best, is downright rude at worst, and (this is not political, just a fact) some speak such poor English that communication is difficult. Prices are basically retail, don't expect a bargain by buying directly from the bakery. The chocolate croissants have a measly smidge of low quality chocolate. Tried many of their pastries, most are dry, flavorless or else flavors are off. Breads are somewhat better but VERY limited selection. Once asked for white bread (was thinking crusty baguette or like Semolina) they looked at me like I had two heads. The hot food is okay, nothing special, also not inexpensive. There's not much else in the neighborhood, and some items like the seeded breadsticks and pretzel rolls are good, so I keep going back, but every time the experience is so disrespectful that I wonder why I do
