New Brisas Latinas - Feedback

What Helene Texeira doesn't like about New Brisas Latinas:
Terrible customer service! We ordered pan de yuca and it was extremely hard. When I brought it up to the lady, she told me that it's supposed to be that hard. I expressed concern about breaking a tooth and she asked where I was from (I was wearing a Puerto Rican shirt). Hands down the best Colombian restaurant in the NYC. I’m Colombian but don’t live in NYC. I have stopped at several Colombian restaurants in different areas every time I come to NYC to visit or during layovers to international destinations, this one is the most authentic and I truly felt like in a restaurant in Bogota.
