Mcdonald's - Queens

I tried the J Balvin meal at this restaurant. My only complaint was that it came with pickles! I also had to try the spicy nuggets, which were fun. Overall, it was a enjoyable meal. Check out newyorkcitymunchies on Instagram for more pictures.

The McDonald's located on Cooper Ave and Myrtle Ave consistently serves delicious fries.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely awful! The manager was seen picking his nose and then touching my cookies with his bare hands. His breath also reeked of alcohol. The cashier claimed she couldn't speak English and had no idea what her manager's name was. I highly recommend not eating here, as it is extremely unsanitary.

I mean... It's a McDonald's, right? So, food is good. Fries are awesome. It doesn't take that long, even though it's always full-ish. When we order online on Uber Eats, they always get something wrong. Always. That's why they lost a little star. Usually it's a wrong flavor of pie or no sauce for the McNuggets.

Had a terrible experience during the very early morning hours where I went to order. Ordered from the kiosk inside. I stood by the counter for about 20 minutes and no one approached me nor asked me if I needed assistance. So I decide to ask one of the employees crossing by about my order and she quickly looks at me and then continues on her way without providing assistance nor answering? so after another 10 minutes and still no food I decide to request the manager and get refund to leave. Well instead of getting refund, the manager calls another employee who is a male this time to process the refund. The kiosk didn?t provide receipt as I order for in store, or maybe it had no ink. The mentioned employee proceeds to charge me another order supposedly to process the refund. The end result, I ended with no food and charged twice of which only one refund came back. Horrendous experience and a shame by the way management handled it! Not to mention the fact that they kept my paid order and money!
