The worst kfc I've ever had was that huhn so dry, it wasn't good and it looks like they didn't change the oil long. they let me wait for an hour and they wanted to give me 10 bucks from no reason. the prep station seemed dirty. overall a terrible experience.

Regarding my experience at this KFC: I visited for a second time, and unfortunately, the Nashville Hot Chicken Wings didn’t live up to my first visit. They were excessively oily, almost submerged in oil. While they had some heat, the authentic Nashville hot flavor was missing. The sauce seemed off this time. It wasn’t bad overall, but definitely not as good as my initial visit or the Nashville Hot wings I had at the KFC in Queens Center Mall. The prices here feel a bit steep compared to Popeyes, which offers similar items at better value, and I personally prefer Popeyes. I also found some feathers in the wings, which was disappointing. In general, there’s little incentive for me to become a regular here when Popeyes, just down Jamaica Avenue, offers better taste, prices, a user-friendly app, and a rewards program. While I might return occasionally to try other menu items, I’m unlikely to make this KFC my go-to spot for fried chicken.

I visited the Woodhaven KFC, the closest location to me, around 9 PM on October 22, 2022, to buy a family meal. The employee at the counter told me to wait about 15 minutes due to technical problems. After the wait, my payment of $35.91 was approved, and I was asked to remove my card. However, they still refused to give me my food, saying a receipt needed to be printed first. I showed them my banking app confirming the payment had gone through, but they didn’t seem to care. I was told to wait a few days for a refund, and I didn’t have enough money to buy anything else in the meantime. My family at home was hungry and understandably upset. The next day, I contacted Citibank to file a claim, but I was told it would take about 120 days to process. I will not be returning to that location again.

This is a rather small KFC, but the food and service is acceptable. The workers were pretty nice and communicated well. I do have a few issues though: 1. For whatever reason, the prices in the store are much lower than they are on the app.So if you'recoming to pick up from here, it's worth just ordering in-store and waiting rather than trying to place an online/in-apporder. 2. They don't have a Rewards system like every other major fast food chain including their main competitor,Popeyes. Neither of these things are the fault of this specific KFC location though so I'm not factoring these into my rating.I'm only including this information for the benefit of any customers reading this review. However, the following is specific tothis KFC location: 1. This is the second time I visited and unfortunately the Nashville Hot chicken wings did not taste as goodas they did the first time I bought it. They were EXTREMELY oily. Like they were literally swimming in oil. Also, even thoughthey were spicy, they did not taste like Nashville Hot. I'm not sure what was going on with the sauce this time. It wasn'tnecessarily BAD, but it was not nearly as good as the first time I had it from here or when I had the nashville hot tenders atthe KFC in Queens Center Mall. 2. Their prices are a little too high. I think Popeyes beats them on prices for almost everycomparable menu item and I honestly like Popeyes a lot more. 3. I've seen a couple of feathers in their chicken wings. Not agood sign. Overall, there really isn't a lot enticing me to become a regular here when Popeyes isn't much further down JamaicaAve, tastes better, has better prices, has an app with a good design, and also has rewards and a points system. I don't mindcoming here every once in a while to try something different, but I find it difficult to consider this KFC my go-to friedchicken restaurant.
