Juice 101 - Queens

I recently discovered a new juice bar in the neighborhood and was excited to try it out. During my first visit, I was greeted by two friendly and helpful staff members who served me a delicious açaí bowl and juice. However, my most recent visit left a bad taste in my mouth. The male employee working that day was rude and dismissive, ignoring my greetings and displaying a negative attitude. He took a long time to take my order, slammed dishes around, and the fruit bowl I ordered wasn't filled to the top. Despite my previous positive experience, I unfortunately won't be returning to this juice bar due to the poor customer service. It's disappointing to be treated this way as a new customer.

This place is fantastic; the service and food are excellent.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The employees they hire are garbage. If they don't want to work here, they should find a better job. Do not take it out on the customers.

I love this spot! The açaí bowls are delicious and loaded with fruit and the young lady working is friendly and efficient.

I’m really sorry I don’t like leaving negative reviews.Giving 2 stars to be generous and because the outside seating area was pretty. Worse juice I’ve had in my life. Got the Beehive tasted awful. We’re out of state would like refund please. On top of that there’s a fee for using a card. The bowl was okay though.
