Description
In a lively culinary landscape, this Chinese restaurant has experienced its share of ups and downs, particularly in customer service and food quality. While some patrons rave about the friendly staff and consistently good food at reasonable prices, others express frustration over order mix-ups, rude delivery personnel, and subpar dishes. Despite the mixed reviews, it appears that those who order directly from the restaurant often enjoy a better experience compared to those using third-party services. Ample parking adds a convenience factor, yet the establishment still faces challenges in meeting varied customer expectations in NYC's fast-paced dining scene.

Save your money and go to the Chinese restaurant on Kissena and 60th. This food is just okay. Wonton soup was nasty. They charge extra to put pork strips in the soup but it comes that way in every other restaurant. They don’t give utensils when delivering, assuming u have some at home. Cheap on the sauces. Actually restaurant has a B rating. Atmosphere is dark and hot, service with an attitude and food that’s only mediocre
I have seen this restaurant change different owners several times. It's my opinion that the food is not getting better . Although, the people seem nice. But, at times, the order get confused. My stomach wasn't so happy. Plenty parking there.
Clearly placed a delivery through Grubhub for a small order and they gave me something entirely different. Delivery person was rude as well as the woman on the phone. Attention to people’s orders and kindness goes a long way…
