This DD is clean, friendly and neighbor (I cannot say the same for the others in this neighborhood). The employees who served me were bilingual, but they did their best and tried a problem I had with the other local DD. They were happy and good! This is my new DD. Why 4 stars? $1,50 per donut. I never write reviews but this one deserves one, trash customer service, delays all over, poor hygiene, they will have you waiting over 15 min or 20 for your simple order and get the other ones that ordered after you. By far the worst DD you could go to everybody who works there gives a trash customer service. View all feedback.
The person who took my order was very rude and seemed quite impatient.
The customer service at this restaurant was appalling. The manager, Zaman, was incredibly rude and seemed completely uninterested in appealing to customers or taking orders. It felt like we were barely acknowledged during our visit. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired, with crumbs and leftover baked goods scattered across the floor behind the counters. They really need to improve in this area!
