What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
my whole order was wrong. no one donut was right. it was kind of funny, then I realized I paid for it. it didn't even eat. at least they could have reached me and said they were from the six donuts I ordered, I would have asked for a refund. View all feedback.
Two stars because I visited once before no problem. Yet my recent visit on 6/12/20, I encountered a problem. I ordered ahead thru the app. When I arrived there was only one worker present, she was making drinks. Three customers were already inside. No one preparing food. A few minutes a Manager walks in front door with car keys in hand, gloves, and mask on. She walk straight behind counter to the register to start taking orders. By this time two other customers had entered. Myself and one other waiting by food pick up. Other three online waiting to place orders. Then another worker comes from around corner from helping guy worker carry milks. She sees a line and food in the cue. She puts on gloves and rush to prepare food. She is dropping stuff and being sloppy because she is rushing. I watch as she make food. Person before me finally gets there?s and leave. I?m still waiting for food and drinks. Waiting. . . waiting . . . waiting. Then, I watch her place two croissants in a bag (this should be my order). I go find out where my drinks are. (Girl making drinks never brought it over to the pick up all this time) I then see her taking one sandwich out the bag and place in another bag and says to me , she gonna make me another one. The sandwich she took out is now in another bag sitting waiting for a pick up- no one picked up. She is now rushing to make another sandwich and I watch her ball up the next Croissant like she was balling a wad of paper to throw away. When I asked why would she do that? She went to telling me how all the croissants are falling apart. I stated i do not want the sandwich and ask for the manager. (Yes at this point I?m upset) she says I?m sorry I will make it over As she takes it out of the wrapper and the egg falls out . She kept saying sorry. The manager (Who was taking orders at the register with the same gloves on from outside) Walks over to her and kept saying for her to say sorry. Not talking to me (the customer) I start to explain anyway what happen. The manager tell her make it over and just to say sorry. She then walks back to the register to take orders. The other girl who was ?making drinks? begins cursing saying F this and F that and she also told the manager that she is going home that she not doing this Sh today. Now I?m wondering who and what she referring to. I received no receipt to make an online complaint and do a review. So, I?m doing it here. Very unprofessional and the manger use those same gloves from outside to give customers bagels, donuts, munchkins, make coffee etc. from orders placed at the register. No good and they were unprofessional. I won?t be back.
I usually realized that your experience depends on the hour and the employee works during the day. I'm a local. Every time I go, I go with different experience. In the morning it is a rush and a packed hour, the staff are mostly stressed. In the afternoon, however, there are fewer crowds. I met employers cleaning and serving costumers at the same time. A little lazy. It's worse at night. You see one or two employees working, and sometimes meet drunk/homeless people interrupt. Overall, it is good for New Yorker's that they are used for these daily problems.
This Dunkin Donuts outlet is located on Queens Boulevard near 67th Avenue. It is very close to the 67th Avenue subway station. This outlet has the usual coffees and donuts that all have outlets. You can also add the egg sandwich and various muffins that they often advertise. The branch I is often overcrowded as the store is small and its are several professional schools nearby and the students hang in the store. But I didn't have to wait very long. There is a small park near the store if you want to sit outside or there is no place in the store.

Unhappy with the service. They have given me an old bagel.
