I consistently place... read more It seems that at this Dunkin' location, if you mistakenly take your own order from the ready for pickup area, you’re treated like a thief. I consistently place my orders in advance through the app, and every time they’re ready, they’re kept behind the counter instead of being in the designated area. I often see other orders sitting in the ready for pickup area, but mine always gets set aside. When I questioned an older staff member about this, she claimed it was because people steal orders. One time, after picking up my order—which was clearly labeled with my name from the pickup area—I overheard her telling her coworkers that I was stealing. If theft is such a significant issue, then perhaps they should stop using that pickup area altogether instead of singling me out. Regardless, I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location anymore.

I've been to many Dunkin' locations all the way down to Florida, and I've never had to pay an extra 10 cents for additional flavor pumps before. I won't be returning to this Dunkin' again.
