I've been to this Dunkin' Donuts a few times recently, and sadly, my orders have consistently been wrong. I always request a large (or another size) caramel lat... read more I've been to this Dunkin' Donuts a few times recently, and sadly, my orders have consistently been wrong. I always request a large (or another size) caramel latte with two Equal, and I make sure to ask for it to be hot. However, I can hear the steam wand working, and when I finally get back to my car, I discover just a plain warm coffee—without any caramel at all. As a coffee lover (perhaps a bit too passionate), I find this quite disappointing. It should be such an easy fix! Come on, Dunkin', please improve your service!
