The workers here do not make their order right and then blame them to order the wrong things. the personal is always rude. do not follow the procedures of the company to prepare the drinks.
They calculate what they want when there is something special if they don't mention it, they calculate them regular price
The service is not very well controlled. the workers didn't understand what I wanted first. bad service. and workers are disgusting
Took a photo too, Who ever is manager here must have taught staff to make the refreshers with almost 80% green tea and a drop of 20% of the strawberry, make it 50/50 like other Dunkin locations, took one sip it tasted like tea only, I'm spending money forstrawberry not for all green tea last time I go here, I advise anywhere else. Had to buy another one at another location. Thedifference shows the one on the LEFT is from another location, the one RIGHT is their location hardly pink you could taste thedifference and see the difference.
WORST DD ever as far as customer service goes!! The manager Lipi is HORRIBLE. She has a very nasty attitude. This store sells rock hard donuts?STALE products!!! WON?T be returning to this store and will make sure I tell my friends and family to stay awayfrom there too!
